Méditation de Pleine Conscience : quels effets en cancérologie ?

De nombreux travaux, menés durant ou après les traitements, attestent aujourd’hui de l’intérêt de la méthode MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction ou Réduction du stress basée sur la pleine conscience) pour les patients atteints de cancer.

Codifiée et introduite dans le champ de la médecine par le psychologue américain Jon Kabat-Zinn, cette technique pourrait avoir des effets positifs sur des symptômes tels que l’anxiété, la dépression, le stress et la fatigue.
